well, I think it’s mostly the parent’s fault. No discipline=kids who think they can do anything. Some kids don’t need physical punishment…some kids do. It’s just the way of learning for some of them. Too many parents these days think it’s abusive to give your kid a swat. It doesn’t have to hurt them…it just has to wake them up a bit. You don’t have to leave a bruise…just get their attention.
